My Keyword and Ad Groups Method


Most people don’t know, but organizing your keywords is really important for your own sanity, but as well for quality score.
Assuming you have a list of anywhere from 1 to 10,000+, I recommend you use this method in creating your ad group and keyword structure. I still to this day use this method as I am still getting very high quality score ratings in my accounts.

The benefits for what your about to learn will allow you to target call volume for specific keywords, as well as allowing you to later attach a phone number to the ad group. Basically get your ad groups set up by topic, for example “create an ad group called Florida Appliance Repair, and this group you would have all cities for Florida listed, and all types of repair services in Florida”. Keep it focused on granular topics of keywords which will help in quality score.
